Four Spokane organizations, Light A Lamp, West Spokane Wellness Partnership, Target Zero and the Greater Spokane Substance Abuse Council, are partnering to bring the 1st Annual Kindness Day to the Spokane area. It’s November 21st, 2023, and the whole Spokane community is invited to participate!
What do you need to do to be part of this Kindness Day? It’s easy! Just do something kind for someone. Make dinner for a neighbor, help someone with errands, maybe leave a treat for the delivery person. It doesn’t have to be something big – smile and hold the door for someone or give a compliment.
If you do or receive an act of kindness, take a photo if you can (or just tell us what happened) and post on your social media pages with these hashtags:
#SpokaneWAKindnessDay2023
#WestSpokaneWellnessPartnership
#GSSAC
#TargetZero
#LightALamp
Let’s get ready for Thanksgiving by flooding social media – and our real life community – with kindness instead of negativity!
